I have completed Diploma (2018) and B.Sc in Computer Science and Technology. in Computer Science and Engineering from Dhaka International University (2022).

My activities & responsibilities are Office internal networking & surveillance support, Configuring LAN, Computer hardware, Software, Printer, Scanner, POS PC, POS Printer, Labeling & Tagging. User Policy Create & all Domain Control. Maintain data inventory, ensuring a secure environment is maintained for all computer equipment, data files, and supplies.
Customer support over the phone, any desk, email, social media, and physical also Site surveys, client visits, and meetings arranged with clients. Products Research & Development explain to the clients. Prepare BOQ as per site visit & client requirements.
